Remote Appointment Setter - Warm Transfer CSR

  • Base Pay: $17.00/hour (non-negotiable)
  • Internet Stipend: $100/month

As a Warm Transfer Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional handoff to the appropriate department. Your role includes:

  • Handling inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Performing warm transfers (briefly explaining the issue to the next agent before transferring the customer)
  • Using CRM and phone systems to multitask efficiently
  • Solving problems and ensuring a seamless customer experience
